  • 23 November 2022, Bethlehem, Palestine: Attributed to the anonymous street artist Banksy, a drawing shows two angels using hands and crowbar to pull apart the separation wall raised by Israeli security forces to block off Bethlehem from Jerusalem. The painting is known as part of the story of the 'Alternativity', started in 2017. When the painting was first made, the sky was visible between the two sections of the wall seemingly torn apart by the angels, but Israeli authorities have since added a layer on the Jerusalem side in order to block that view.

  • 18 November 2018, Bogotá, Colombia: "Kennedy Gospel, Christ if exalted" reads graffiti on a wall outside the Church of San Lucas. The church of San Lucas ('Saint Lucas') of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Colombia, brings together a congregation of some 100 people in the southern areas of Bogotá. Located in the Kennedy area, the church has recently celebrated 50 years. As part of its ministry, the church runs a school and college, The Colegio Evangelico Luterano de Colombia (CELCO) San Lucas, offering education to just over 1,000 students aged 3-18. The school started as a social initiative offering care for children aged 0-4 in Bogotá's less wealthy neighbourhood, allowing the parents opportunities to go to work. 36 years after its foundation, the school employs 56 staff, of which 36 are teachers.

  • 3 October 2018, Jerusalem, Occupied Palestinian Territories: School children's hands decorate the wall of the school in Khan al Ahmar. Khan al Ahmar is a Bedouin community located within the East Jerusalem Periphery, in E1 area. It is home to 32 families, 173 persons in total, including 92 children and youths. The community has a mosque and a school, which was built in 2009 and serves more than 150 children between the ages of six and fifteen, from Khan al Ahmar and other nearby communities.   • 3 October 2018, Jerusalem, Occupied Palestinian Territories: School children's hands decorate the wall of the school in Khan al Ahmar. Khan al Ahmar is a Bedouin community located within the East Jerusalem Periphery, in E1 area. It is home to 32 families, 173 persons in total, including 92 children and youths. The community has a mosque and a school, which was built in 2009 and serves more than 150 children between the ages of six and fifteen, from Khan al Ahmar and other nearby communities. With due date 1 October 2018, Israeli authorities threaten to demolish the site, thereby making room for nearby Israeli settlements to expand.
